Houston Benefit Consulting, LLC was established to provide small to medium sized companies with the support they need to create employee benefit programs that are consistent with the company’s retirement philosophy and culture and ensure ongoing compliance of such programs with federal laws and regulations. In this ever changing market, we believe that in designing retirement programs, a customized approach as opposed to “one size fits all” is the best way to serve client needs. As an independent, fee for service consultant in the employee benefit arena, we are committed to partnering with each client along with their attorney, accountant or financial advisor in achieving this objective. Furthermore, as partners, we pledge to assist each client towards the goal of creating a robust retirement program that is effective, cost efficient and appreciated by its employees.
